When you use Spatialy, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and company details during account creation. We also collect spatial data, 3D models (.glb files), and floor plans you upload to generate AR environments.
We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our AR visualization platform. This includes authenticating your account, processing your 3D models for mobile viewing, and syncing your projects across devices via Google Cloud.
Your models and personal information are secured using industry-standard encryption. We utilize Firebase Authentication and Supabase's enterprise-grade security to ensure that your project data is only accessible to you and authorized viewers.
